      **Bunny Puppet**
      This craft can be done with children as young as 2 years old.

      Supplies Needed

      • White craft glue
      • White paper lunch bag (brown will also do)
      • Construction paper
      • Cottonballs
      • Yarn
      • Child safety scissors
      • Markers (preferably washable)

      How to do:First you can draw the puppet's eyes and mouth onto the bottom flap of the paper bag. Glue a cotton ball on for the nose. Use scissors to cut out things such as ears, tongue, teeth, bow ties and buttons from construction paper. Use cottonballs for bunny's tail. Glue all of the bunny's body parts and costume onto the bag. You can use the yarn to make hair for your bunny.

      **Optional
      A grown-ups help will be needed to cut away (using sharp scissors or a utility knife) the entire lid of a cardboard box for the rear of a stage. Cut a large opening in the bottom of the box for the stage. Paint the box with poster paint. Allow it to dry completely; then place it on a table and use your bunny puppet's to put on a puppet show.
