What To Do:
An adult must first cut a large circle from the cardboard. Then, cut inner circle so that you are left with a wreath shape.
The child can now glue pinecones, leaves, and acorns to the wreath shape until all of the cardboard is completely covered.
When the glue has dried you can make a bow out of yarn or ribbon and glue it onto the wreath.
*Optional
You can take a nature walk with a child and make a collage out of what you find. The child should have a paper bag to collect all of his/her
findings (leaves, acorns, twigs, pinecones, etc.) on the walk. When you are through with your walk you can glue the nature findings to either a foam meat tray or
a piece of construction paper to make a collage.
