• Fraternities and Sororities Grade Release Forms Download, Edit, Print and Distribute to members, Return to SAC 219

Faculty and Staff who need to know which clubs are registered, need to contact the Student Activities Office and have their lotus notes account information. Access is only available through Lotus Notes, 631-632-9392
