Newport City, 2010 -- a deadly bacterial cloud encircles a world of violent crime. The ruthless Buaku gang is still at large, and still committed to stealing that ever so precious commodoty... urine of "healthy" people. It's a good thing the Tank Police, with their crime crushing monster machines, haven't yet been pulled from the scene for the collateral damage inflicted upon the city in their (slightly) unorthodox pursuit of the bad guys.
The elite squad -- helmed by Captain Britain who cannot be described without mention of his lifetime subscription of Now to Kill magazine -- hounds Buaku and the wicked (but rather sexy) "Cat" sisters as they try once again to rob the "hospital for healthy people" of its valuable collection of human excretions. This time, as the Tank Police pours after them, Buaku unleashes his new secret weapon (with phallic potential) that he's sure will stop the tanks in their tracks. Will Leona (the new female recruit who forever embittered Britain against her by destroying his sweetheart tank) be the only chance to circumvent Buaku's trap?

The mighty Saiyan warrior Raditz arrives on Earth searching for his brother Goku, who was sent to Earth as a baby with a mission to destroy all traces of human life on earth. However, Goku received a blow to his head upon his early arrival, causing him to forget his mission of destruction. Goku has instead become earth's most powerful defender. Raditz tells Goku to destroy 100 earthlings by the next morning or Goku's son Gohan will be killed. After Goku refuses his request, Raditz kidnaps Gohan. Goku is baffled about what to do until his arch enemy, Piccolo, appears. Piccolo joins forces with Goku to battle against the Saiyan's threat to earth. Both use every technique they possess against Raditz, but discover there is no power on Earth capable of stopping Raditz. When Raditz has almost finished Goku, his power sensor goes off. Gohan has broken free of the space capsule in which Raditz had imprisoned him. In a remarkable burst of power against Raditz, Gohan's Saiyan blood shows through. Raditz is weakened by Gohan's burst, allowing Goku to grab Raditz in a bear hug. Piccolo summons an extra powerful screw blast to finish off Raditz, but his attack also ends Goku's life. Before Raditz dies, he tells Piccolo that two other Saiyans who have even greater power are heading toward Earth and will arrive within the year! While Piccolo trains Gohan, Goku travels through the other world to visit Martial Arts Master King Kai to get superior training from him in preparation for the coming battle against the Saiyans!

Episode #43: Vegeta Revived
Once Vegeta recovers from Zarbon's pounding, he fools Frieza and Zarbon and steals their five Dragon Balls! When he goes to hide the balls, Vegeta senses Krillin's power and begins to follow him, but he is being followed by Zarbon!
