4-10-08: Weekly Newsletter #6 - Welcome to the 6th installment of the Animated Perspectives newsletter guys and gals, Librarian Mike M. here to fill you in on this week in AP. Today at 1pm we had our official meeting of the week, during this meeting Angel discussed his progress towards the regatta boat, nominations were made for people running for E-board for next semester, and there will be a new anime showing. Firstly, Angel stated that he required larger boxes, and more duct tape. larger boxes because the boat will be much better if the pieces don't need to be taped together due to the fact that it will create structural weak points. we also need more duct tape because there is no way we can make a whole boat out of one piece, hence we need much duct tape to put the large pieces together. It was also said that this will be the first boat Animated Perspectives will ever submit to the Roth pond regatta. Next Wednesday, there will be a new anime showing, it will be the first episode of 7 new animes, the showing will be done twice, once after the meeting and again at 7pm, for any inquires as to what anime will be shown, please see Matt W. Finally, nominations were held today at the meeting for next semester's E-board, and voting shall take place next week at the meeting. The following people are running: Alan - President John O'Dell - President Josh - Vice President Trevor - Vice President Heather - Vice President Jared - Vice President Brian - Treasurer Lisa - Treasurer Mike McDonagh (me) - Secretary Lionel - Secretary Just as a reminder, AP is open 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) from 9am to 9pm and often before and after those times.

Nothing else of note really happened, so that is all for this week, sorry for the delay in sending out the newsletter.
