Cardozo College Staff

RAs are usually one of the first residential staff that residents meet when they move into their rooms. RAs are undergraduate students who have been selected and specifically trained to assist residents within their halls and floors. RA responsibilities include: helping to develop a sense of community through social events, educational opportunities and other activities; informing residents about events on campus; enforcing College and residence policies; acting as peer counselors; and assisting professional staff in crisis situations.
