Stony Brook's ONLY Feminist literary magazine. Sample issues available in the Women's Studies Office (Old Chem. 105).

FOCUS: A journal providing students a forum from which they may address contemporary social issues and explore the diversity of their lives - lives shaped by ethnicity, sexual preference, race, economics, religion, etc. We will be accepting essays, poetry, short stories, academic papers, artwork, photographs, etc..

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Editorial Requirements

• Submissions must be cleanly typed
• Title page must include authors name, address and phone number
• Submissions open to all
• Deadline : NOV 12th 2006

Submissions should be brought to FOCUS c/o Women's Studies located Old Chem. Rm. 105
