RAP (Research Access Program)
The aim of the program is to aid in the professional development of graduate students by providing financial assistance in the form of travel grants. Specifically, RAP provides funds for graduate students to travel to a conference, or a performance, in order to present a professional work related to their particular academic discipline.

Department Allocations
All receipts for items purchased must be submitted to the GSO Office within ten (10) days of the event. Failure to do so will result in the automatic suspension of further allocations.
Club Allocation
Student Club and Organization Funding Request Form. Only to graduate student clubs and organizations recognized by the USB Student Union and Activities Office.
Event Funding Request
Funded Events:
- General Cultural and Social Events - Events in this category may include those sponsored by a wide variety of social and cultural organizations with the purpose of enhancing the social interaction and development of graduate students.
- Speaker Series and Conferences - Events in this category may include support for speakers and conferences which are of general interest to the graduate student community.
Services Rendered Statement
IRS W-9 Form
It is the IRS W-9 form that we ask people to fill out when they are getting a check directly from the GSO (like external speakers).
Fee Waiver
Student Activity Fee Refund Form. The GSO only budgets for a certain number of refunds per semester. Successful applicants for circumstances relinquish their membership in GSO and lose all rights and privileges of this membership.
