A Theta Phi is one who knows who you are, accepts where you've
been and gently invites you to grow...
Theta Phi Alpha was founded at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor,
Michigan on August 30, 1912. The Beta Alpha Chapter here at SUNY Stony
Brook was established on September 12, 1987. Our jewel is the sapphire,
our colors silver-gold-blue and our mascot is the penguin. Our national
philanthropy is the Glenmary Home Missioners and locally we are active
with the Hope House in Port Jefferson.
