Program Costs, 2008:

NYI is a not-for-profit project. We charge the minimal amount for the program possible given the costs we have and the support we have been offered. We also provide mini-grants on a competitive basis to help those who cannot pay those fees.

Fees are determined based on (i) primary country of residence and (ii) citizenship.
NB: To qualify for a lower fee amount, an applicant must meet both residence and citizenship requirements.

Special instances will be decided on a case by case basis.

Fee table:

• Russian Federation, CIS, and other former Eastern Block (non-EU):*
  3,000 rubles (2,500 rubles for applications received before May 15, 2008)
• Eastern Europe, now EU and former Yugoslavia:*7,300 RUR (=approx 200 Euro)
• Western Europe:* 12,000 RUR (=approx 325 Euro)
• United States: (non-credit bearing) 12,000 RUR (=approx 325 Euro)
