Khovanov homology with mod 2 coefficients


The following Python files were used to produce data for the paper Two-fold quasi-alternating links, Khovanov homology and instanton homology written with Matt Stoffregen.

The first file is a basic script that computes the reduced Khovanov homology of a link with mod 2 coefficients. The second and third files are modifications that compute the variants of Khovanov homology that we considered in our paper.
