The Computing Center building has many functions and operations. Some of the major ones:

• has a computer lab of 20 computers. Open to all SUNY Stony Brook students.
• contains servers and networking for various departments.
• home to the optical scanning department.

The Computing Center is located within the Engineering Quad. The sinc site is in Rm. 138.

COMPUTER ACCOUNTS

The consultants in the sinc site in Room 138 can assist users with new account requests, computer account problems, and password problems on the Sparky, Lotus Notes, and Solar Systems.
