Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.  I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at Stony Brook University. My research interests include American political institutions, judicial politics, inter-branch politics, and federalism. My dissertation examines competing ideological and institutional influences on Supreme Court decision making on cases dealing with issues of federalism.  A list of my other research projects is provided in the Research link on the website.

My teaching experience includes designing and teaching undergraduate courses in Civil Rights and Liberties, Public Policy Analysis and the American Presidency, as well as a Masters level course in statistics and research methodology.  Syllabi for these courses are provided in the Courses Taught section of the website.
