What are My Interests?

Well, I have many interests. None of them which I would describe as talents but rather things I enjoy doing.

For one, I love playing handball.

It was the first real sport that I played when I came to the states and my love for it has stuck around.

I also enjoy riding a bike and playing baseball. I enjoy basketball as well but I'm not particularly good at it.

Other than sports, I love music. While I prefer listening to more modern music, I love playing classical instruments.

I used to play the piano and violin, but now I mainly know how to play the clarinet.

I used to be in the school orchestra when I was in high school.

I planned to join the school orchestra here in Stonybrook as well but I missed the deadline.

On the academcal side of things, I love Biology, specifically genetics.

While I know I will be hating genetics when I take it due to its difficulty, I love the concepts and new knowledge that it gives me. And since genetics is a relatively new field of study, I feel as if I am at the forefront of science.

Other than that, I always had an interest in coding and even made a simple game through netlogo.

Hopefully, I will be able to pursue both my love of Biology and love of coding in my years here in Stonybrook.

Other than that, I'm not really sure what to say. So if you want to go back to the front of my webpage, click here
