Above is a simulation of the Cardiac Action Potential of  Normal cell vs. Type III Long QT syndrome.

Normal case is in green, disease is in yellow.

This simulation was done by setting the steady state value of inactivation gates h and j to have a minimum value of .0225 to simulate incomplete inactivation. This minimum value corresponds to having at least 2.25% of the total amount of h and j inactivation gates to be open at any given time.
