Accounts to be Deactivated:

On November 12th, accounts for students who are not registered at Stony Brook for the fall semester will be deactivated. This includes clubs registered by a student who has left.

If you are still using your account, you need to let us know as there is a grace period which will end in March of 2009. You will receive notification in February (1 month prior to deletion). Once an account is deleted, information cannot be retrieved. Therefore it is important that you set up another e-mail address (gmail, yahoo, etc) now and discontinue distributing your Stony Brook E-mail address.

Fill out the form by 5pm, November 10: https://naples.cc.sunysb.edu/DoIT/sinc.nsf/keepsbacct to request that you keep your access.

Club accounts
This does not apply to Club accounts as we need to update the person's contact information who is responsible for the account. An officer from the Club must also update information in the Union SINC site, room 080.

To transfer old mail and forward new mail see -- http://www.sinc.sunysb.eduhttps://tlt.stonybrook.edu/StudentServices/Email/Pages/LeavingStonyBrook.aspx

Accounts to be Deleted:

On November 5th, all accounts previously deactivated whose owner has not returned to Stony Brook will be deleted. If you are mistakenly on the list, email: stuacct@notes.cc.sunysb.edu by 5pm on November 3.
